📦 Address Accuracy & Recipient Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays, returns, losses, or disposal of packages caused by incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed shipments.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times shown on our website are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

🔄 Returns & Re-shipment

If a shipment is returned due to any of the reasons stated above,
we may assist with re-shipment upon request.
Additional shipping and handling fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery failures caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, armed conflicts, or logistics interruptions.

In addition, if you wish to select a specific shipping carrier or request a change in the shipping method,
please contact us by email prior to placing your order.

Please note that any consequences resulting from adjustments to the declared value or shipping method, including but not limited to customs delays, inspections, additional taxes, penalties, seizure, or other related outcomes,
