Refund Policy

1:Core Principle

As a corporate personal shopping service, all items are purchased in Japan based on the customer’s request.

👉 Unless an issue is caused by our own mistake, all orders are final and are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

The following are all considered customer reasons (not eligible for return or exchange):
• Incorrect size
• Change of mind
• Item not matching personal expectations
• Color differences due to lighting or display screens
• Box dents, creases, or exterior damage caused during international shipping
• Delays or damage caused by customs inspection
• Incorrect address or information provided by the customer
• Any change of preference after placing the order

We are responsible only for issues caused by our own major errors.


2. The Only Situations Eligible for Return

A return may be accepted only in the following cases, with required photo/video evidence:

(1) Wrong item shipped

For example, the customer ordered Item A but received Item B.

(2) Major manufacturing defect

Provided that the issue:
• is not caused by international shipping
• is not a minor scratch/crease/dent
• is not a normal variation or characteristic of the material
• is not from secondhand or display-condition items

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with clear evidence.
Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.


3. Situations Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
• Packaging deformation, dents, or scratches caused during international shipping
• Damage caused by customs inspection or repackaging
• Any issue related to under-declared value at the customer’s request (delays, taxes, fines, detention, etc.)
• Damage, stains, or odor caused after the item arrived
• Natural characteristics of materials (e.g., leather grain variations, slight wrinkling)
• Minor workmanship differences within acceptable range for premium brands

👉 All risks associated with international shipping are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Refunds

If a return is approved (seller responsibility only), refunds will be processed:
• Within 5 business days after the item is received and inspected
• Through the same payment method used for the original order

Shipping fees, customs duties, and other third-party charges are non-refundable.


5. Customs, Taxes & Declared Value

If you request a lower declared value, all related risks—including delays, inspection, reassessment, additional tax, fines, or package detention—are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not take responsibility for any issues arising from adjusted declarations.
